Culture Shock
Apparently, in the lower class end of my city, parents send their daughters, at very young ages, out to have sex and reproduce so that mum (and dad) can collect Welfare and Food Stamps. 11-16 year old girls going out having sex to get pregnant and have a kid so that mum can have more money. This is according to my boss at work. I don’t know the validity of it, but I want to investigate it...
